Making a remarkable comeback at 28 to qualify for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, Emma Nedov captured the world’s attention not just with her skill, but with her resilience. Known as Australia’s “Beam Queen,” she spent over two decades competing at the highest level. An elite gymnastics career that laid the foundation for her life’s work beyond sport.
Today, Emma is a speaker, health and performance coach, athlete advisor, and entrepreneur committed to helping others rise. Through her work with Simplr Health, the Nedov & Diggle Network, and her platform ENbalance, she supports athletes and high-performers to fuel their potential, lead with integrity, and build sustainable success — in sport, business, and life.
Whether on the beam, in the boardroom, or behind the mic, Emma’s mission is to help people trust themselves, embrace challenge, and grow into who they’re truly meant to be.

As a certified Nutrition Coach and ethical Athlete Agent, Emma supports high performers in reaching their full potential. As an agent, she mentors emerging athletes, builds holistic support teams, and helps them secure brand-aligned partnerships to grow with integrity.

Emma is the co-founder of Artium Sport, a bespoke accessory brand designed by athletes, for athletes. She also created ENbalance, a podcast and content series that celebrates the power of sport to shape identity and resilience. Through her businesses, Emma merges creativity with purpose, championing athlete wellbeing and empowering others to thrive beyond competition.

Emma Nedov’s gymnastics career is a testament to her exceptional talent and determination. With a World Cup Gold medal, appearances at three World Championships, and the title of Australia’s 'Beam Queen,' she has consistently excelled, overcoming challenges like a ruptured Achilles and setbacks along the way.
Now based at Melbourne Gymnastics Centre, Emma is dedicated to nurturing the next generation sharing her 20+ years of elite experience.
Beyond her athletic achievements, she is a respected voice in the gymnastics community, serving as a commentator for the Australian Nationals and as a board member of YMCA Whittlesea in Victoria.
