What’s the point of experiencing things if you can’t share what you’ve learned?

I’ve been fortunate to have gained my own knowledge in elite performance from personal experience; and to have had the privilege to work alongside and learn from some of the greatest minds in this world.

There is nothing I enjoy more than being able to share that with others to help them grow both in life and in sport.
